SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days of confirmation. Orders are shipped
across India using reputed third-party courier partners. Transit times typically range from 3–7
business days depending on the destination. Kochin Jerky products are sealed using MAP
technology with oxygen absorbers and double-layer protection, helping maintain quality
during transit. Tracking details, if available, will be shared via email or SMS. We are not
responsible for courier delays, weather-related disruptions, or failed deliveries due to
inaccurate address details. If a parcel is returned to us due to delivery failure, re-shipment
may incur additional charges. At present, we do not ship internationally. For bulk or export
inquiries, please contact our support directly.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All sales are final upon dispatch. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are
not accepted unless the product is received in a damaged or spoiled condition. Kochin Jerky
products are packed using MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) with oxygen absorbers
and sealed in double-layer packaging to ensure safety and extended shelf life. If the product
arrives compromised, customers must submit photo or video evidence within 24 hours of
delivery. If validated, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original
payment method. Refunds will not be issued for subjective dissatisfaction (such as flavor or
texture) if the product is not defective. Missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses,
unavailable recipients, or delivery refusal will not qualify for a refund or free reshipment. The
Company’s decision on refund matters is final.
